This session is designed to elevate your heart rate, boost endurance, and build a stronger, more stable core — all in one powerful workout. Expect a mix of bodyweight and equipment-based exercises to challenge your fitness, increase calorie burn, and leave you feeling energised and accomplished. Why train the heart rate? Training at higher intensities improves cardiovascular fitness, strengthens your heart, increases oxygen efficiency, and enhances overall stamina. Combined with core work, it supports better posture, reduces injury risk, and helps you move with more power and control — in and out of the gym.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a fitness class with us! Here’s what you need to know: Payment: Please pay online (concession or single payment) before class. If you cancel before 12 hour window, contact MFB for a refund, though rescheduling is preferred to avoid refund charges. Parking: Onsite parking is available down the driveway to the left, parallel to the glasshouse, or past the studio at the driveway's end. Essentials: Bring a sweat towel and water bottle (refill station available). Footwear: Ensure proper sports shoes. Facilities: A single bathroom is onsite. Arrive via the black sliding doors with the MFB logo. Injuries: Inform the trainer of any injuries on the day so adjustments can be made. Cancellations: Cancel via the app at least 12 hours in advance to free up your spot. Late cancellations / no-shows will be charged in full. **MUMS & BUBS CLASS GUIDELINES** We want this to be a relaxed, supportive space for you and your little one 💛 To keep everyone safe and happy, please follow these simple guidelines: **1. You’re responsible for your children** Your child’s safety and supervision is your responsibility at all times during class. **2. Keep little ones clear of equipment** For safety, please ensure children aren’t playing on or around gym equipment. **3. Clean up** Any snacks, spills, or messes please tidy up after yourselves so we can keep the space clean for everyone. **4. Feeding & settling welcome** Need to stop and feed, cuddle, or settle your bub? Absolutely fine this is your space too. **5. If your child is unwell** Please sit this one out and come back when they’re feeling better. Thanks for helping us create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
