Hi! My name is Lulu. I am the trainer for your Group Fitness Classes & 1:1 Sessions.
I am so excited to introduce you to our epic family of women in Mangawhai.
I specialize in the mind-body connection, with in-depth knowledge of exercise psychology, focusing on how physical activity influences mental well-being and vice versa. I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve balance, resilience, and overall wellness through tailored exercise plans and intimate group training sessions that consider their unique psychological and physical needs.
These intimate group training sessions foster a motivating and supportive environment by creating a sense of community and connection among participants.

In our intimate female group sessions, we prioritize fun and variety. Our workouts incorporate a blend of weights, circuits, and LIIT/HIIT training styles, ensuring engaging and dynamic sessions for everyone.
