My Story

Hey, I’m Lulu, a REPS-registered trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Psychology. My academic background gave me a strong foundation in biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, exercise prescription, sports psychology, and nutrition.

My journey began as a high-performance hockey player, representing Auckland and North Harbour, and training in elite performance camps. This experience sparked my passion for integrating mental and physical health and taught me the importance of mindset, community, and balance. I also gained valuable insights into managing burnout, recovery, and the power of connection in achieving goals.

My time in competitive sports highlighted the transformative impact of community. The camaraderie and shared goals of my teams not only fueled my athletic success but also supported my mental well-being. This inspired my belief in the value of group fitness, where individuals motivate and uplift one another to thrive together.

Now, I combine my expertise in exercise and psychology to help others achieve their goals through a holistic mind-body approach. At MFB, I’m passionate about creating a welcoming environment where people of all fitness levels can build strength, resilience, and a sustainable lifestyle, all while fostering connections and celebrating each other’s successes.

My Story

I’m a 25-year-old personal trainer with a love for both city life and the rural lifestyle I found my heart in. From riding horses at five to studying Animal Science at Massey and dairy farming in the Waikato, my path hasn’t been linear. I’ve faced mental health struggles and major injuries, including ACL surgery and a long recovery. Through it all, fitness became my anchor. It gave me structure, confidence, and healing – and inspired me to create Move with Milly.

Now, I help women build real strength and resilience – not just physically, but in every part of life. My mission is to help you take up space, feel supported, and know you're never alone.

Fitness is more than physical – it’s a way to rise from setbacks, reconnect with your body, and build confidence. I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, seen, and supported – no matter where she’s starting from.

My style of training creates a space where you’ll be met with compassion, consistency, and community. Because growth happens when we lift each other – and strength comes from showing up, not being perfect.
