Hi Ladies, I’m Isabella Thornton - Associate Registered Nutritionist, degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science, and passionate advocate for women’s health. My mission? To help you feel energised, confident, and in control of your wellbeing without overcomplicating it. We all want to look and feel our best, but between busy schedules and the endless diet trends out there, it’s easy to feel stuck. That’s why I focus on bringing it back to the basics. Simple, whole, delicious foods that fuel your body and fit into your life. No fad diets. No guilt. Just real, sustainable habits. I want to offer you a personalised nutrition plan designed to: - Work with the foods you love - Give you recipes that taste great and make you feel amazing - Show you exactly how to build a balanced plate - Share insider tips and tricks to make healthy eating easy Think of it not as a diet, but as your personal guide to building the tools you need for a lifetime of good food, good health, and good energy - without giving up your weekends or that slice of your grandma’s famous cake. Life’s too short to feel sluggish. I want to create a plan that works for you so you can wake up energised, excited for your day, and confident in yourself. How It Works: Initial Consultation: $150 Ongoing Support: $25 per week for an 8-week commitment Your program includes: - A fully personalised nutrition plan tailored to your goals and preferences - Weekly catch-ups to check your progress - Adjustments to your plan as needed - Expert advice and answers to any questions along the way - Extra recipes to keep you motivated and inspired


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a fitness class with us! Here’s what you need to know: Payment: Please pay online (concession or single payment) before class. If you cancel, contact MFB for a refund, though rescheduling is preferred to avoid refund charges. Parking: Onsite parking is available down the driveway to the left, parallel to the glasshouse, or past the studio at the driveway's end. Essentials: Bring a sweat towel and water bottle (refill station available). Footwear: Ensure proper sports shoes. Facilities: A single bathroom is onsite. Arrive via the black sliding doors with the MFB logo. Injuries: Inform the trainer of any injuries on the day so adjustments can be made. Children: Kids ages 2+ are welcome. Speak with the trainer about the designated area where they can sit and watch. Cancellations: Cancel via the app at least 12 hours in advance to free up your spot.
